This notice explains how Al Yaqeen Media Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data on alyaqeenmedia.com, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Each of our ventures (such as Hasanattrip, Diyār and PlantOliveTree) has its own privacy policy on its own website.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address, optional company name, the services you ticked and your message.
- Email. If you email us directly, we receive your address and whatever you write.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not run analytics on this website. Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide our services. We never sell personal data and never add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes it
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also receives contact-form submissions on our behalf. Netlify stores data in the United States; we rely on its contractual safeguards for overseas transfers as the PDPA requires. Emails are handled by Google Workspace.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and as Singapore law requires (generally five years for business records).
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to our Data Protection Officer at info@alyaqeenmedia.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including erasure and objection, and may complain to your local supervisory authority.
